政府举办公共就业服务机构,向用人单位和求职者提供免费服务,帮助各类就业困难群体实现就业,是国际上的通行做法。随着国家扩大招生政策的执行,应届毕业生的基数越来越大,就业也随之越来越难,因此,校园公共就业服务应运而生。公共就业服务走进校园的时间还不长,各项工作的开展还不完善,急需社会关注并探寻其创新模式,从而进一步缓解应届生的就业压力。
It is an internationally accepted practice for the government to hold public employment service agencies, provide free services to employers and job seekers, and help various employment-disadvantaged groups to achieve employment. As the state expands the implementation of enrollment policies, the base number of graduates is getting larger and larger and the employment becomes more and more difficult. Therefore, the public employment service on campus has come into being. Public employment service into the campus time is not long, the work is not perfect, the urgent need for social attention and explore its innovative model, so as to further ease the employment pressure of graduating students.
