双曲线冷却塔筒壁结构滑模工艺的施工,采用斜门架系统,系将门架沿筒壁环向等距倾斜设置,滑升时门架倾角与所在部位筒壁中心线的切线角始终保持一致。门架间设有交叉斜撑、水平连杆及通向各个门架的辐射状控园拉索。整套系统的滑升,由各个门架上的爬升千斤顶完成,滑升过程中门架系统的各种变量,由高压油缸带动机传装置,通过电气控制统一操作,达到变径、变坡的目的。取消一般滑模施工中的支承杆,采用工具式吊杆及千斤顶,经小门架将作用力传递到混凝土筒壁上。
