经验型教师在长期的教学实践中积累了丰富的教学经验,他们能够从容应对教学工作。但也逐渐形成了一定的思维方式和比较固定的教学模式,不愿意或较少改变自己的教学方式,课堂教学水平和能力出现停滞状态。一、影响经验型教师教学能力再发展的因素教师教学能力的发展既是教师个体行为,又是组织需求。个体的内部因素是其变化的根据,组织因素是其发展的外部条件。两者相互作用决定其教学能力发展的空间。1.经验型教师教学能力再发展内驱力不足
