冶金部第十七冶金建设公司施工的马鞍山钢铁公司2500m~3高炉基础.混凝土总量4500m~3,设计标号200号,采用矿渣425号水泥、高炉重矿渣碎石、木钠减水剂,水泥用量275kg/m~3,于1987年12月和1988年1月分两次浇灌。混凝土由搅拌站集中供应,采用7小时热水法快速推定28天强度,加强了质量控制。第一层3200m~3混凝土的标准试块检验结果完全符合要求。施工采用泵送混凝土工艺,预埋热电阻与数学显示仪配套进行测温,浇灌后搭棚并通蒸汽进行养护,做到混凝上内外温差不大于25℃,未出现温度裂缝。
