将天然红辉沸石进行酸化处理制备沸石分子筛前驱体,于90~100℃晶化6h,无需模板剂制备出结构完整的A型沸石分子筛。将二甲酸钾负载在A型沸石分子筛中,得到沸石抗菌剂。考察了二甲酸钾溶液的初始浓度、pH值,反应时间和温度对二甲酸钾在A型沸石分子筛中的缓释行为的影响。结果表明:A型沸石分子筛与初始质量浓度为40 mg/mL的二甲酸钾在常温体系下进行吸附反应,反应时间3 h,pH值6条件下,A型沸石分子筛吸附二甲酸钾饱和量为302mg/g;Fourier变换红外光谱中出现部分羧酸和羟基吸收峰,在695.78、763.07、1349和1383cm–1处出现振动峰,证实存在缔合过程;制备的沸石抗菌剂的部分抗菌期达到2~3d,具有缓释效应;吸附过程符合Freundlich等温方程。
The zeolite precursor was acidified to prepare a zeolite molecular sieve precursor, crystallized at 90-100 ° C. for 6 h, and a type A zeolite molecular sieve with a complete structure was prepared without using a template. Potassium diformate is supported on a zeolite A zeolite to give a zeolite antibacterial agent. The effects of initial concentration of potassium diformate solution, pH value, reaction time and temperature on the sustained-release behavior of potassium diformate in zeolite A zeolites were investigated. The results showed that the adsorption of zeolite A zeolite with initial concentration of 40 mg / mL of potassium formate at room temperature for 3 h and pH 6, 302mg / g. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy of some of the carboxylic acid and hydroxyl absorption peaks appeared at 695.78,763.07,1349 and 1383cm-1 vibration peak, confirmed the existence of the association process; prepared part of the antibacterial zeolite antibacterial period of 2 ~ 3d, with a sustained release effect; adsorption process in line with Freundlich isothermal equation.
