目的通过对鼠、蚤密度季节消长进行调查,找出蒙自市鼠、蚤密度季节消长的规律,为控制鼠疫流行提供科学依据。方法根据生态环境的不同,随机抽取蒙自市4个乡镇的4个自然村,在随机抽取的4个自然村中调查35户,用鼠笼调查室内鼠密度、鼠夹调查室外鼠密度,用粘蚤纸调查地面游离蚤指数。结果黄胸鼠、褐家鼠、小家鼠既有野栖性,也有家栖性(χ2=3.70,P>0.05);鼠密度(1.9%)与鼠体染蚤率(1.0%)间呈现正相关(r=0.409,P<0.05)。结论蒙自市全年均有鼠类活动,7~9月鼠密度高,6~9月鼠体染蚤率高,鼠体染蚤率随鼠密度的增高而增高。
Objective To investigate the seasonal fluctuation of density of rats and fleas in order to find out the rule of seasonal fluctuation of density of rats and fleas in the city of Mengzi and provide a scientific basis for controlling the epidemic of plague. Methods According to the different ecological environment, 4 villages in 4 villages and towns in Mengzi City were randomly selected. 35 households were surveyed in 4 villages selected randomly. The indoor rat density was investigated with a squirrel cage and the outdoor rat density was investigated with a rat trap. Paper survey of ground flea index. Results Rattus flavipectus, Rattus norvegicus and Mus musculus showed both wild habitat and habitativan (χ2 = 3.70, P> 0.05). The positive correlation between the rat density (1.9%) and the rate of flea infection (R = 0.409, P <0.05). Conclusion There was rodent activity throughout the year in Mengzi City. The rat density was high from July to September, and the rate of flea infection in rats from June to September was high. The rate of flea infection increased with the increase of mouse density.
