目前,文化部、财政部、全总等几大部委,就进一步推进工人文化宫(含工人俱乐部)、青少年宫、儿童活动中心等公益性文化设施免费开放的政策和措施做以部署。二宫公园在改造提升后一直实行的是零门槛的免费开放政策,本文就工人文化宫的阵地活动的基本状况及免费开放后文化阵地的品牌建设进行分析阐述,以期有利于加深提高我们对工人文化宫在免费开放后如何利用现有阵地弘扬先进文化主旋律的认识。
