邓小平的人权思想，是邓小平理论宝库中的重要内容。针对我国人权状况的历史和现状，针对国际社会人权领域的斗争实践，邓小平就人权问题提出：主权高于人权，反对“人权无国界论”；社会主义人权与资本主义人权存在本质区别；坚持人民民主专政，反对利用资产阶级人权制造动乱，搞分裂，破坏社会的安定团结；解决国际人权问题，应在坚持和平共处五项原则的基础上，建立公正合理的国际新秩序。
Deng Xiaoping’s human rights thought is an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory’s treasure house. Aiming at the history of the human rights situation in our country and the status quo, Deng Xiaoping raised the issue of human rights in the international community in his struggle for human rights: sovereignty over human rights and opposition to “human rights without borders”; the essential difference between socialist human rights and capitalist human rights; Democratic dictatorship, opposing the use of bourgeois human rights to create turmoil, splitting up and undermining social stability and unity. To solve the international human rights issue, we should establish a just and reasonable new international order based on the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence.
