粉末锻造是粉末冶金和精密锻造相结合的新技术,是利用粉末冶金预制坯进行精密锻造。由于粉末冶金件中含有一定数量的孔隙,因此,一般粉末冶金件的力学性能比锻铸件低。但是如将冷压烧结件在闭合模中进行一次热锻,使预制坯产生塑性变形和压实,变成接近或完全致密的程度,可使相对密度达到98%以上。由于残留孔隙显著减少,强度大幅度提高,所以粉末锻件可用做受力结构件。
Powder forging is the combination of powder metallurgy and precision forging new technology is the use of powder metallurgy preform precision forging. However, if the cold-pressed sintered parts are subjected to a hot forging in a closed mold, the preform is plastically deformed and compacted to a near or fully dense level, thereby achieving a relative density of over 98%. Due to the significant reduction of residual porosity, the strength is greatly increased, so powder forgings can be used as the force structure.
