职业指导课程已成为高校公共课程体系中的重要组成部分,并在帮助学生顺利步入职场方面取得了显著成效。然而,在课程体系的创新性与动态性、学生参与以及课程目标定位等方面仍存在不足。“立体化”职业指导课程体系的探索,是在实现课程“理论教育与实践教育的统一、工具性与价值性的统一、持续性与动态性的统一、教师主导与学生参与的统一”的基础上,以职业生涯规划课程为主线,常态化通用能力教育与动态化专业能力教育相结合,并以个性化的就业指导课程为依托的综合性课程体系,将对学生个人的全面发展和职业生涯的顺利展开发挥积极作用。
