With the introduction of CT in recent years, the treatment of blunt liver injury has undergone a very significant change, that is, a shift to more conservative treatment, in order to make the treatment of liver trauma patients with a high degree of safety. It is important to recognize the natural processes of CT anomalies and the underlying complications associated with them: Macrander et al reported in recent years that Periportal tracking on enhanced CT suggested a decrease in density around the door, which is considered an occult liver CT signs of injury. At present, the clinical significance of peripheral vein track has not been affirmed. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical significance of peripheral portal vein on CT after liver injury caused by blunt abdominal injury.
