国内在探讨人员招聘有效性这个问题上,往往集中于思考简历筛选的技术、面谈技术、心理测试等招聘过程技术,却忽略背景调查这个关键问题。通过背景调查,企业可以核实拟录用员工在能力、品德、性格等相关信息,对面试、测试中获得的信息进行相互验证,最后做出客观的判断,降低企业用人风险。本文通过分析目前我国企业背景调查的运行现状,结合工作实际,初步探索有效背景调查的方法。
On the issue of the effectiveness of recruitment in China, it is often concentrated on the key techniques such as resume screening techniques, interview techniques and psychological testing, but neglects the key issue of background investigation. Through background checks, companies can verify that they intend to hire employees for information on competency, character, character and other information to verify each other and to make objective judgments to reduce the risk of employing people. In this paper, by analyzing the current status of China’s corporate background investigation, combined with the actual work, preliminary exploration of effective background checks.
