在传统的运营模式下,校车事故频频发生,虽然国家出台一系列政策、法规完善校车安全出行方面,以推进校车安全管理,但校车事故并没有因此趋减。基于对传统校车学生管理的弊端,设计出基于有源RFID(射频识别)的校车学生管理系统,系统包括:有源RFID的只能腕扣、校车监控管理系统、校车定位系统。结合智能腕扣基于有源RFID及BDS技术综合运用实现车辆快速定位、身份识别等功能,通过3G网络和监控终端进行通信提供家长和管理部门实时查询、监控。该系统满足了校车运行中的管理,保障了学生的运行安全。
Under the traditional operating mode, school bus accidents occur frequently. Although the state has promulgated a series of policies and regulations to improve the safety of school buses and promote the safety management of school buses, the school bus accidents have not been reduced. Based on the disadvantages of traditional school bus students management, this paper designs a school bus student management system based on active RFID (radio frequency identification). The system includes: wristbands for active RFID, school bus monitoring and management system, and school bus locating system. Combined with smart wristband based on active RFID and BDS technologies, it can realize the functions of rapid vehicle positioning and identity recognition, and provide parents and management real-time inquiry and monitoring through 3G networks and monitoring terminals. The system to meet the school bus operation management, to protect the safety of students.
