目的全面了解丽水市城区居民膳食摄入状况及人们的膳食结构与饮食习惯,以此来评定本市居民的营养需要得到满足的程度。方法以随机整群抽样的方法,抽取城区3个街道165户居民作为调查对象,入户调查3d个人食物摄入量。结果被调查居民膳食结构中主食、蔬菜类、水产、蛋类平均摄入量与新版《中国居民膳食指南(2007)》[1]相符,畜禽肉类摄入量是《指南》建议量的2倍,乳类及水果分别是《指南》建议量的20%~25%。油、盐分别超出《指南》建议量的1.48倍和1.34倍。结论该市被调查居民膳食结构明显不合理。
Objective To comprehensively understand the dietary intake of people living in urban areas of Lishui City and their dietary structure and eating habits in order to assess the degree to which the residents’ nutritional needs of the city have been met. Methods A random cluster sampling method was adopted to collect 165 households from 3 streets in the urban area as the survey subjects and to investigate the intake of 3-d personal food by households. Results The average dietary intake of staple foods, vegetables, aquatic products and eggs in the surveyed residents was in line with the new Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents (2007) [1], and the intake of livestock and poultry meat was the recommended amount of Guide 2 times, milk and fruit are the guidelines of the recommended amount of 20% to 25%. Oil and salt exceed the recommended guideline of 1.48 times and 1.34 times respectively. Conclusion The dietary structure of residents surveyed in this city is obviously unreasonable.
