在研究TTL集成电路和CMOS集成电路功耗的基础上,提出了一种新的印刷电路板(PCB)故障的描述方法,即PCB故障的热模式.并详细分析了两类PCB固定故障(SAF)即固定开路(SAO)故障和固定短路(SAS)故障的热模式,指出利用PCB故障热模式进行故障检测和诊断的可行性
On the basis of studying the power consumption of TTL integrated circuits and CMOS integrated circuits, a new description method of printed circuit board (PCB) fault is proposed, which is the thermal mode of PCB fault. And the thermal modes of two types of SAF (fixed open circuit) and fixed short circuit (SAS) faults are analyzed in detail. The feasibility of fault detection and diagnosis using PCB fault thermal mode is pointed out.
