随着形位公差国家标准的贯彻与实施,机械零件形位误差的检测技术日益显得重要。而大型轴类零件形位误差的检测又是其中的一大难题。为了解决这一难题和满足生产需要,我们进行了大型轴类零件形位误差自动测量仪的设计。本仪器的设计特点是:集机械控制、数据采集、数据处理为一体。本设计的完成和将来仪器产品的问世将把大型轴类零件形位误差的检测技术提高到一个新的水平
