我工区二队在学习北京市第五建筑工程公司圈梁硬架支模的基础上,经多次实践并不断改进后,采用了卡具式硬架支模新工艺。圈梁硬架支模新工艺(图1)是用5×10×50厘米的短木支柱,上部锯成5×5×17厘米,底部固定一个简易钢套(图2)。钢套靠墙面的底铁,比木柱宽2~3厘米,以使嵌入墙缝,达到将木柱所承受的重量传递给墙体的目的。另用一个一头焊有偏心压把(图3)的钢筋稳定铁卡(图4)穿过墙体预留洞,将紧贴砖墙两面的木柱箍紧楔实,使木柱和铁卡、砖墙连成一体。
After learning from the practice of the Fifth Building Engineering Co., Ltd. in Beijing, the second team of the project team used the clamp-type hard frame mold new technology after many years of practice and continuous improvement. The new technology for the stiffening of the ring beam (Fig. 1) is the use of short wooden pillars of 5 x 10 x 50 cm. The upper part is sawed into 5 x 5 x 17 cm and a simple steel sleeve is fixed at the bottom (Figure 2). The bottom iron of the steel sleeve against the wall is 2 to 3 centimeters wider than the wooden column so as to embed the wall joints and achieve the purpose of transferring the weight of the wood column to the wall. In addition, a steel stabilizing iron card (fig. 4) with an eccentric pressurised handle (Fig. 3) is welded through the reserved hole in the wall to tightly clamp the wood posts close to the two sides of the brick wall, making the wooden posts and iron cards. The brick walls are joined together.
