随着我国经济的飞速发展,高速公路在人们生活中起着越来越重要的作用,我国的高速公路建设在国家的投入下也取得了很大的进步。但是,作为企业管理中软实力的企业文化,仍旧处于比较薄弱的环节,妨碍了企业的健康发展。本文将主要结合我国目前高速公路企业文化建设中的问题,提出改善高速公路管理中企业文化建设的思路,希望能对高速公路管理中的企业文化建设有一定的借鉴。
With the rapid development of economy in our country, the expressway plays an increasingly important role in people’s life. The construction of expressway in our country has also made great progress under the investment of our country. However, as a corporate culture of soft power in business management, it is still in the relatively weak stage, which hinders the healthy development of enterprises. This paper will mainly combine the current problems in the construction of expressway corporate culture in our country, and put forward some ideas to improve the corporate culture construction in expressway management. I hope this can provide some reference to the corporate culture construction in expressway management.
