球墨铸铁焊接是球铁理论及焊接工艺研究的重要课题,目前已引起许多国家的注意和重视。本文着重分析了球铁的焊接特点,阐述了主要成分对焊缝组织和性能的影响,及各种成分控制的适宜范围;并从球铁的性能、成分、结晶特点及焊接工艺的特殊性,分析了球铁焊接过程中,焊缝产生白口、裂纹的倾向远大于灰铁。文中还就研制成功的钇钡铸芯球铁电焊条的焊芯成分的设计,渣系药皮配方的调整,及焊接接头的性能作了简要介绍。
Nodular cast iron welding is an important issue in the research of ductile iron theory and welding technology. At present, it has drawn the attention and attention of many countries. This article focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of ductile iron welding, describes the main components of the weld microstructure and properties, as well as various components of the appropriate range of control; and from the ductile iron performance, composition, crystallization characteristics and welding special, The analysis of the ductile iron welding process, the weld white, the tendency of cracks is far greater than gray iron. The article also made a brief introduction to the design of the welding core composition of the yttrium-barium cast iron ductile iron welding rod, the adjustment of the slag-based coating and the performance of the welded joint.
