俗话说一方水土养一方人。水土实际上就是习俗文化。也就是说什么样的文化,养育出的人便具有什么样的性格特质。不同的地域文化各有差异,不同的行业、不同的组织也有各自的行业或组织文化,因此不同地域的人总有不同的性格特征,不同行业的人也往往带有明显的行业特质。统计部门也一样,长期以来积累形成了很有特色的统计文化,熏陶出来的统计人也多少有些与众不同。在北京时对此感触不多,来到基层认识渐渐加深。
As the saying goes, one side of water and soil to support one side. Soil and water is actually a custom culture. That is what kind of culture, what kind of personality trait will have. Different geographical and cultural differences, different industries, different organizations also have their own industry or organizational culture, so people of different regions always have different personality traits, people in different industries tend to have obvious industry traits. The same is true of the statistics department, which has long formed a unique statistical culture, which is also somewhat different from the statisticians who are influenced by it. When in Beijing, I did not feel much about this, and my understanding at the grassroots level gradually deepened.
