本文探讨了行为科学在劳动人事管理中的应用,提出了对搞好“内在”劳动人事管理必须要正确处理好劳动管理中“硬性”制度与“软性”制度关系;“外在”管理与“内在”管理的关系;物质满足与精神满足等方面的关系。从而才能提高劳动人事管理的科学性,树立劳动人事管理为职工服务的观念,不断激励职工劳动热情,增强企业凝聚力,促进企业生产经营不断发展。
This paper discusses the application of behavioral science in labor and human resources management and puts forward that it is necessary to correctly handle the relationship between “rigid” system and “soft” system of labor management in order to do a good job of “internal” labor and personnel management. “External ” management and “internal ” management relationship; material satisfaction and spiritual satisfaction and other aspects of the relationship. Only in this way can we improve the scientific nature of labor and personnel administration and establish the concept of labor and personnel administration as a service for staff and workers. We should continue to inspire the enthusiasm of staff and workers, enhance the cohesion of enterprises and promote the continuous development of production and operation of enterprises.
