独立学院主要定位于培养技能型和应用型人才,人力资源管理专业主要培养政府以及企事业各级组织和单位里从事人力资源管理具体工作和综合性管理能力的应用型专门人才,实施实践性教学是提高本专业学生应用能力的关键,本文通过笔者在几所独立院校的经历和领悟,对独立院校人力资源管理专业在实施实践教学过程中的现状及面临的环境,针对教学环节和学院整体布局进行原因分析,并提出相应的对策,以求对类似的情况有所启迪。
