由于学生的智力发展有所差异,对英语的悟性也有所不同,进入初中以后,英语学习表现也会产生一定的差异。一个班级有好学生就会有后进生。由于成绩不佳,后进生往往对学习缺乏信心和兴趣,有厌学的倾向。这种两极分化的现象令许多教师十分头疼。因此,帮助后进生提高成绩,顺利完成英语教学就显得十分重要。促进初中英语后进生成长的最好方法,就是采用多种教学手段,以实现学生的全面发展。下面笔者就根据自身教学经验,谈谈相关教学体会。
Due to the differences of students’ intelligence development, the understanding of English is also different, after entering junior high school, English learning performance will have some differences. A class with a good student will have a backward life. Due to poor grades, backward students tend to lack of confidence and interest in learning, tired of learning tendencies. This polarization is a headache for many teachers. Therefore, to help postgraduates improve their grades and finish English teaching successfully, it is very important. The best way to promote junior high school English after graduation is to use a variety of teaching methods to achieve the all-round development of students.
