从转子动力学的角度将轴承—转子系统的常见故障分为强迫振动故障和自激振动故障,以轴承—转子系统中最有代表性的9个异常振动分量的频率特征为故障特征量,建立了系统故障的BP网络诊断模型.对于强迫振动故障可以采用BP网络诊断方法进一步确定故障源,对于自激振动故障采用在线动力学分析的方法找出引起系统失稳的原因,通过改变某些参数去消除自激振动.
From the perspective of rotor dynamics, common failures of bearing-rotor system are classified into forced vibration faults and self-excited vibration faults.
