目的:研究甘草提取物对祖师麻主要活性成分瑞香素大鼠体内药代动力学特征参数的影响,探索其配伍用药的合理性。方法:大鼠分别灌胃给药瑞香素和含有同等剂量瑞香素的甘草提取物,LC-MS分析测定血浆中瑞香素浓度,经DAS2.1.1程序处理数据。结果:甘草提取物能够减小瑞香素t1/2,tmax和Ke,增加Ka和AUC0~∞。结论:甘草能促进祖师麻中瑞香素的口服吸收,减慢其消除,提高其生物利用度。
Objective: To study the effects of licorice extract on the pharmacokinetic parameters of daphnetin, the main active ingredient of Ziziphus, and to explore the rationality of its compatibility. Methods: The rats were administered intragastrically daphnetin and licorice extract containing the same dose of daphnetin, LC-MS analysis of plasma daphnetin concentration by DAS2.1.1 program data. Results: Glycyrrhizae radix extract can reduce the daphnetin t1 / 2, tmax and Ke, increase Ka and AUC0 ~ ∞. Conclusion: Glycyrrhiza uralensis can promote the oral absorption of daphnetin in Zu Shima, slow its elimination and improve its bioavailability.
