气流与金属板帝材之间的对流传热是气垫式热处理炉内重要热工过程,关系到板带材的加热速度与温度均匀性。本文对传热过程进行了理论探讨,并通过实验研究以及实验数据的回归处理,获得两个准数方程,可用于动压气垫与静压气垫对流给热系数的计算。方程经过F检验,表明是显著的,又通过比较,计算值与试验值基本吻合。
The convection heat transfer between airflow and sheet metal is an important thermal process in an air-cushion heat treatment furnace, which is related to the heating speed and temperature uniformity of the sheet and strip. In this paper, the heat transfer process is theoretically investigated. Two experimental equations and experimental data are obtained by regression analysis. Two quasi-equation can be obtained, which can be used to calculate the convective heat transfer coefficient of hydrodynamic cushion and hydrostatic cushion. After F test, the equation shows that the equation is significant, and by comparison, the calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental values.
