目的 :探讨长期 α-干扰素 (α- INF)治疗后慢性髓细胞性白血病 (CML)患者骨髓间质的改变。方法 :应用 HGF染色、CD41 免疫组织化学染色、Gomori网硬蛋白及 Masson胶原纤维三色染色方法 ,对比分析 2 9例CML 患者经 α- INF联合羟基脲 (HU)治疗或 HU单剂治疗后骨髓塑包切片上网硬蛋白纤维、脂肪组织及巨核系的改变。结果 :长期 α- INF治疗后网硬蛋白纤维含量增加 ,脂肪细胞大小不等 ,与对照组相比均有明显差异 (P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 ) ,但 CD+ 4 1 细胞数量无明显改变 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,其形态以成熟型巨核细胞为主。结论 :长期 α- INF治疗可引起 CML 患者骨髓间质改变 ,骨髓切片有助于全国评价 α- INF的治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the changes of bone marrow stroma in patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) after long-term interferon alpha (IFN-α) treatment. METHODS: HGF staining, CD41 immunohistochemical staining, Gomori reticulin and Masson collagen fiber trichrome staining methods were used to compare and analyze the bone marrow of 29 CML patients treated with α-INF combined with hydroxyurea (HU) or HU single agent. Plastic bag sliced hard protein fibers, adipose tissue and megakaryocyte changes. Results: After long-term α-INF treatment, the content of reticulin fibers increased, and the size of adipocytes varied. Compared with the control group, there were significant differences (P<0.01 and P<0.05), but CD+ 4 1 There was no significant change in the number of cells (P>0.05), and its morphology was mainly mature megakaryocytes. Conclusion: Long-term α-INF therapy can cause bone marrow mesenchymal changes in CML patients. Bone marrow biopsy can help evaluate the therapeutic effect of α-INF in the whole country.
