在医疗实践中利用低温取得了各种不同的治疗效果,例如作为冷冻组织破坏,冷冻刺激,机能消除和机能削减或者为了获得不同组织部分之间接触效果。需要一种专用的仪器技术用于局部冷却活组织,这种技术亦称之医疗低温技术。通常低温治疗仪由制冷部件和冷敷治疗器构成。这种治疗仪用其冷敷治疗器探头在低温冷却范围用作把冷量传递到组织上(探头亦称为冷冻控针或低温管)。对于制冷本身就采用了熟悉的制冷技术和低温技术。本文就此作进一步阐述。
The use of hypothermia in medical practice has resulted in a variety of therapeutic effects, such as freezing tissue destruction, freezing stimulation, elimination of functions and reduction in function, or in order to achieve contact effects between different tissue parts. There is a need for a dedicated instrumentation technique for localized cooling of living tissue, a technique also known as medical cryogenic techniques. Cryogenic treatment devices are usually composed of cooling components and cold compressors. This therapeutic device uses its cryogenic therapeutic probe to deliver cold energy to the tissue (the probe is also called a cryostat or cryogenic tube) in the cryogenic cooling range. For the cooling itself uses a familiar cooling technology and low temperature technology. This article further elaborates on this.
