坏死增生性淋巴结病（Necrotizing hyperplas-tic lymph adenoputhy简称NHL）、是一种病因不明的非肿瘤性淋巴结病。临床上以淋巴结肿大、发热和白细胞减少为三大主征。组织学以广泛性凝固性坏死伴组织细胞反应性增生、无中性粒细胞浸润为特点。由于本病临床表现复杂，极易误诊。分析我院近10年（1980～1990年）以发热原因待查及淋巴结肿大原因不明的住院病人165例，发现NHL3例，均经淋巴结活检证实，其发生率为该组病例的1.8％。为了提高对本病的认识，现将病例报道如下：
Necrotizing hyperplas-tic lymphosis (NHL) is a non-neoplastic lymphadenopathy of unknown etiology. Clinical lymph nodes, fever and leukopenia as the three main symptoms. Histology to extensive coagulation necrosis with reactive tissue hyperplasia, no neutrophil infiltration characterized. Due to the complex clinical manifestations of the disease, easily misdiagnosed. Analysis of our hospital nearly 10 years (1980 ~ 1990) to investigate the causes of fever and lymphadenectasis unexplained 165 inpatients, found NHL 3 cases were confirmed by lymph node biopsy, the incidence of 1.8% of the patients in this group.
