光通信研究中,光纤含氢氧基量,对光的衰耗有着极为严重的影响。作为制作光纤的主要原料(四氯化硅)中存在的含氢化合物是氢氧基形成的重要原因之一。因此研究含氢化合物的测定方法,便成为光通信研究中的一个重要课题。文献虽对色谱法测定四氯化硅中含氢化合物的测定方法有过报导,但要求的条件很严,对仪器也有腐蚀问题,加之测定灵敏度也不理想,故有必要研究新的测定方法。
Optical communications research, optical fiber containing hydroxyl amount, the attenuation of light has a very serious impact. One of the important reasons for the formation of a hydroxyl group is that the hydrogen-containing compound present in the main raw material for making an optical fiber (silicon tetrachloride) is formed. Therefore, the study of determination of hydrogen compounds, has become an important issue in optical communications research. Although the literature on the determination of silicon tetrachloride chromatographic determination of hydrogen compounds have been reported, but the requirements are very strict, the instrument also has corrosion problems, coupled with the determination of sensitivity is not ideal, it is necessary to study the new determination method.
