本文根据在环行线进行C_(61)等运煤敞车及其变更方案动力学试验结果,对该型敞车发生脱轨的原因进行了分析。文中指出,该车的转8A型转向架减振系统的良好状态是保证其安全运行的关键。文中还指出,C_(61)型车的车体结构的某些参数不够合理,是导致其减振零件迅速磨耗的主要原因之一。文中根据以上分析提出了旨在保证运行安全的措施,同时也指出整个工作尚有不足,故分析仍应视为是初步的。
This paper analyzes the reasons for the derailment of the gondola car based on the C_ (61) CGP (G_ (61)) and its kinetic test results. The article pointed out that the car’s turn 8A bogie damping system is a good state to ensure the safe operation of the key. It is also pointed out that some of the parameters of C_ (61) car body structure are not reasonable enough, which is one of the main reasons for the rapid wear of the damping parts. Based on the above analysis, the paper proposes measures aimed at ensuring operational safety and at the same time points out that there is still a shortage of work. Therefore, the analysis should still be regarded as preliminary.
