为保障菇农和集体生产利益,笔者在8年前即开始对平菇和其它真菌类实施保鲜技术的实验工作,曾采用冰冻、真空、红外线辐射、臭氧发生装置、盐渍糖蜜、脱水、化学制剂和生物制剂等保鲜手段,抱着操作简易、花工少、效益高的宗旨,但都达不到保鲜理想的要求。在经过几十次的实验努力,最有效果的保鲜办法是采用(无毒)药物制剂——亚硫酸钠溶液,稀释不同浓度的比例,按各个季节的不同温度、温差、环境、光照和各个平菇品种进行分批实验,并取得一定的效果。
