目的:通过对玉树称多地区干部职工健康体检,了解该地区健康体检人群血清尿酸水平。方法:在日立7600全自动生化分析仪上釆用酶法液体双试剂进行标本检测。结果:玉树称多地区健康体检人群男女血清尿酸水平呈正态性分布,男性(20~59)岁为(401±84.2)μmmol/L,女性(20~59)岁为(271.1±61.8)μmmol/L,同年龄段男女相比较男性血清尿酸水平均高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男性血清尿酸在(20~29)岁组与(30~39)岁、(40~49)岁、(50~59)岁年龄组相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),女性血清尿酸在(20~29)岁组与(30~39)岁、(40~49)岁、(50~59)岁年龄组相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玉树称多地区健康体检人群血清尿酸水平男女之间、男性(20~29)岁组与各年龄组,女性(20~29)岁组与各年龄组之间有显著性差异。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the level of serum uric acid in healthy medical examination population in Yushu by referring to the health examination of employees in many areas. Methods: Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer preclude the use of enzymatic liquid double reagent for specimen testing. Results: There was a normal distribution of serum uric acid in male and female (20 ± 59) years old (401 ± 84.2 μmmol / L) and female (20 ~ 59) years old was 271 ± 61.8 μmmol / L, compared with men and women in the same age group serum uric acid levels were higher than the female, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Serum uric acid levels were significantly different between men aged 20 ~ 29 years and those aged 30 ~ 39 years (40 ~ 49 years) and (50 ~ 59 years) (P <0.05) There was significant difference between the age group of (20-29) and the age group of (30-39), (40-49) and (50-59) years (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yushu said that the serum uric acid level in the multi-district health check-ups was significantly different between men and women, male (20-29), all age groups and female (20-29) years old and all age groups.
