针对住房改革即将结束福利分配的现状，论述了建筑师在设计前应主动参与市场需求的分析研究，以满足社会各阶层多层次、多样化消费之需，还提出了住宅设计“以人为本”长期适应性应考虑的因素和增强法律意识。
In response to the status quo of housing reforms ending the distribution of benefits, the author argues that architects should actively participate in the analysis of market demand before designing to meet the needs of various social strata and diversified consumption. It also proposes a long-term adaptation of the “people-oriented” approach to residential design. Sex should take into account factors and enhance legal awareness.
