创业承诺是积极组织行为领域兴起的研究热点,是将组织承诺、职业承诺、创业研究结合起来的全新概念。笔者查阅相关文献并进行归纳演绎,构建创业动机、创业承诺与新创企业绩效之间关系的理论模型,探讨创业承诺、创业动机对新创企业绩效影响中的中介作用。基于研究结论,合理转化创业者动机,构建自身的创业承诺,从而有助于创业者提高新创企业的整体绩效。
Entrepreneurship commitment is a hot research topic in the field of active organizational behavior. It is a brand new concept that combines organizational commitment, professional commitment and entrepreneurial research. The author consults relevant literatures and inductively deduces the theoretical model of the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation, undertaking commitment and startup performance, and explores the intermediary role of entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial motivation in the performance of startup. Based on the conclusions of the study, the reasonable transformation of entrepreneurial motivation, build their own commitment to start a business, thus helping entrepreneurs to improve the overall performance of start-ups.
