目的了解团体音乐治疗在震后儿童中的治疗效果,并探讨音乐治疗方式在危机干预中的优缺点。方法采用文献分析法和理论研究法,对国内国外的类似研究资料进行分析,并应用描述性分析,对团体音乐治疗过程进行剖析。结果支持性的音乐对于创伤后1个月的儿童有较好的治疗效果。结论结构化的音乐治疗模式较适合于创伤后的儿童。团体音乐治疗可以促进儿童感知觉的表达。
Objective To understand the therapeutic effect of group music therapy in post-earthquake children and explore the advantages and disadvantages of music therapy in crisis intervention. Methods The methods of literature analysis and theoretical research were used to analyze the similar research materials at home and abroad, and the descriptive analysis was used to analyze the process of group music therapy. The results of supportive music for children 1 month after trauma have a better therapeutic effect. Conclusion Structured music therapy is more suitable for traumatized children. Group music therapy can promote children’s perception of expression.
