目的对某包覆工艺板式家具生产项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用现场调查法、检查表法与检测检验法对该建设项目进行评价,确定其主要的职业病危害因素及危害程度,评价相应防护措施的效果。结果断车、锯床、双端锯、电子锯、多片锯岗位的噪声强度超过国家卫生限值。整改前,包覆机的二氯甲烷时间加权平均浓度(TWA)最大值为527.1 mg/m3,超标1.64倍;1,2-二氯乙烷时间加权平均浓度(TWA)最大值22.7 mg/m3,超标2.24倍。整改后,二氯甲烷和1,2-二氯乙烷的TWA分别下降到<11 mg/m3和6.9 mg/m3,均符合国家卫生标准。其他各检测点的职业病危害因素浓度或强度均符合国家规定的卫生限值。结论该建设项目职业卫生防护措施符合国家职业卫生标准,产生的职业病危害因素是可以预防和控制的。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards on a panel-coated furniture production project. Methods The on-site investigation method, checklist method and test method were used to evaluate the construction project, determine the main occupational hazards and the degree of harm, and evaluate the effect of the corresponding protective measures. The results of broken car, sawing machine, double-end saws, electronic saws, saws, multi-chip noise intensity exceeds the national health limit. The maximum time-weighted average concentration (TWA) of the coating machine was 527.1 mg / m3 before the rectification, which exceeded the standard by 1.64 times. The TWA maximum concentration was 22.7 mg / m3 , Exceeding the standard 2.24 times. After rectification, the TWA of dichloromethane and 1,2-dichloroethane dropped to <11 mg / m3 and 6.9 mg / m3, respectively, in line with national hygiene standards. The concentrations or intensities of other occupational hazards in other test sites all met the health limit stipulated by the state. Conclusion The occupational health protection measures of the construction project are in line with the national occupational health standards, and the occupational hazards that are produced can be prevented and controlled.
