改革开放以来,广西经济总量及全员劳动生产率在取得高速增长的同时,能源消费也显现出与之高度一致的增长趋势。通过运用修正后的Cobb—Douglas生产函数,对1978—2007年广西的有关数据进行实证分析,结果显示能源投入对全员劳动生产率的提高贡献最大,而技术进步贡献最小,反映出广西经济增长中存在能源依赖性过大、高耗能行业能源利用率低等问题,为克服能源瓶颈,广西应积极促进产业结构调整,建立健全节能型能源消耗机制,努力开发利用新能源与可再生能源。
Since the reform and opening up, while the total economic output and labor productivity of Guangxi have achieved rapid growth, energy consumption has also shown a highly consistent growth trend. Through the use of the revised Cobb-Douglas production function, empirical analysis of the data from 1978 to 2007 in Guangxi shows that the contribution of energy input is the largest contributor to the increase of total labor productivity, while the contribution of technological progress is the smallest. This shows that in Guangxi’s economic growth In order to overcome the energy bottleneck, Guangxi should actively promote the adjustment of industrial structure, establish and improve an energy-saving energy consumption mechanism, and strive to develop and utilize new and renewable energies.
