教学评价改革是课程改革中一项重要内容,能否有效地进行教学评价改革,对课程改革的顺利实施起着至关重要的作用。新课程标准明确指出:“评价不仅要关注学生的学业成绩,而且要发现和发展学生多方面的潜能,了解学生发展中的需求,帮助学生认识自我,建立自信。”因此,探讨评价改革的动向与发展特点,对于我们把握现代教学评价的发展趋势,有效地进行教学评价的改革,推动新课改的深入实施,具有重要意义。一、转变评价观念:由“甑别”到“激励”
