本文通过钢包加盖吹氩并采用合理渣系处理轴承钢的试验证实了该工艺是提高轴承钢质量的一种有效方法,使轴承钢∑(O)降到15ppm 左右;利用逐步回归方法论证精炼工艺参数对钢中氧的影响关系,为提供合理的工艺参数找出依据。用数学模型解析了大生产试验条件下难以确定的单因素(工艺参数)对钢中氧含量的影响关系,并探讨了合适的工艺参数范围。
In this paper, ladle capped with argon and the use of reasonable slag system of bearing steel test confirmed that the process is to improve the quality of bearing steel is an effective way to bearing steel Σ (O) down to 15ppm or so; the use of step by step regression method to prove the refining The influence of process parameters on the oxygen in steel is to find out the basis for providing reasonable process parameters. The mathematical model was used to analyze the influence of unidentified single factor (process parameters) on the oxygen content in steel under the conditions of large production test. The suitable process parameters were discussed.
