造纸工业对二次纤维回用量的依赖一直呈增加趋势,胶黏物(stickies)障碍问题也日趋严重,由于二次纤维和原生纤维常常混用,胶黏物又和树脂混合在一起,增加了生产过程中在设备、织物上的沉积物的复杂性和抄造障碍的严重性,因此如何消除和控制这一障碍就变得尤为重要。本文以废纸制浆生产的二次纤维为研究对象,分离其中的大胶黏物,并结合仪器分析的方法对影响测定浆料中的大胶黏物含量的一些影响因素进行了分析,提出了在实际测试中需要注意的方面。
