踢毽子、跳绳、跳皮筋、抓子儿,对这些游戏很多成年人并不陌生。但是,近些年来,特别是在中等以上城市,随着人口密集程度越来越高,人们居住空间的独立性越来越强,电脑的使用越来越频繁,孩子们的活动越来越“文明”。这些群体的、裹着汗水和泥土的游戏好像已经远离孩子而去。你问问现在的孩子,有几个人知道这些游戏,跟谁、到哪儿去玩这种游戏;又有几个孩子体会过这些游戏中那酣畅淋漓的快乐? 本文的作者黄世勋老师从事多年体育教学与研究工作。他用包括脑科学、运动科学的理论探索出这些传统体育游戏中早已具有的,但却未被人所知的文化内涵和发展价值,并赋予新的活力。尽管黄老师已经70多岁,但他身上却有着如同孩子一样的童真和活跃的思维。他希望通过《父母必读》杂志,给生活在现代社会中的孩子们带去一些原始的快乐和新奇的感受。
