目前,从现代学徒制的实施上来看,它是为企业提供技能型人才的有效模式,但实施发展进度较为缓慢,遇到的问题也急需解决,不容忽视。现代学徒制,主要以职业知识学习与技能训练为基础,将课堂教学与岗位实践相结合起来,进而使学生的技能与知识满足于生产的需要。在本文中主要针对高职现代学徒制的实施中所遇到的问题,提出相应的解决对策,从而更好的实施现代学徒制。
At present, judging from the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system, it is an effective mode for providing skilled personnel to enterprises. However, the progress of its implementation is relatively slow and the problems it encounters are in urgent need of solution. It can not be ignored. Modern apprenticeship, based mainly on vocational knowledge learning and skills training, combines classroom teaching with job posting, thus enabling students’ skills and knowledge to meet the needs of production. In this paper, mainly for the problems encountered in the implementation of the modern apprenticeship in higher vocational education, put forward the corresponding solutions, in order to better implement the modern apprenticeship system.
