本文介绍一种台肩垫片结构式的持久夹具,在大气炉1100℃、长时使用条件下,具有一定抗粘结、抗氧化、抗变形的能力。通过力学同轴度检定,质量控制分析,可以取代螺纹结构式的夹具。更换垫片可适应φ5,φ3,φ2小型试样的持久性能试验。制造工艺,基本上实现了无余量精铸工艺。新型夹具在新高温合金的仿制、研制与航空发动机故障分析中,其技术效果、经济效果比较显著。
This article introduces a durable structure of the shoulder gasket fixture, in the atmospheric furnace 1100 ℃, long-term use conditions, with a certain anti-adhesive, anti-oxidation, anti-deformation ability. By mechanical concentricity test, quality control analysis, can replace the thread structure of the fixture. Replacement gasket can be adapted φ5, φ3, φ2 long-term performance test of small samples. Manufacturing process, basically achieved without margin casting process.
