目的研究紫苏废弃物中挥发性成分的组成及其抑菌、抗氧化活性。方法采用GC-MS分析并鉴定紫苏废弃物超临界流体萃取物(supercritical carbon dioxide extraction,SFE-E)中的挥发性成分,采用纸片法考察其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌作用,通过对DPPH、羟基自由基和超氧阴离子清除率的考察,研究其抗氧化活性。结果GC-MS法从SFE-E中分离到59种成分,鉴定出其中32种,占所分离组分的93.37%,其中2-己酰呋喃含量最高(59.26%);SFE-E的抑菌效果不明显,但抗氧化活性较好,将其精制后所得精油用量200μl/L时,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌抑菌直径分别为17.50mm、16.80mm、18.58mm,对DPPH、超氧阴离子和羟基自由基的清除率分别为56.28%、75.43%、64.21%。结论紫苏废弃物超临界提取物具有一定的抗氧化活性,纯化后的精油抑菌及抗氧化活性均明显增强。
Objective To study the composition, antimicrobial activity and anti-oxidation activity of volatile components in perilla waste. Methods The volatile components of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction (SFE-E) from shiso was analyzed and identified by GC-MS. Results Fifty-nine components were isolated from SFE-E by GC-MS. Among them, 32 species were identified, accounting for 93.37% of the total, and the highest content of 2-caproyl furan was 59.26% The effect is not obvious, but the anti-oxidation activity is good, the refined oil obtained after the amount of 200μl / L, against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans antibacterial diameter were 17.50mm, 16.80mm, 18.58mm, The scavenging rates of DPPH, superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical were 56.28%, 75.43%, 64.21% respectively. Conclusion The supercritical fluid extract of Perilla frutescens has a certain anti-oxidative activity. The antibacterial and anti-oxidative activities of the purified essential oil were significantly enhanced.
