德国被称为“汽车王国”，但人们更热衷于骑自行车出行，几乎人手一辆自行车。为了防止事故发生，德国政府管理自行车像管理汽车一样严格。孩子们必须通过自行车考试后，方可单独上路，并且他们骑车时必须戴头盔。
In Germany， most children learn to ride their bikes when they are quite young. But if they want to ride bikes by themselves on the road， they have to pass a test. The test is quite like our driving test.
First， the students must learn about how to ride bikes safely on the road. They’ll have about 30 classes. After the classes， the students will have two written tests. Then， they will do some riding practice at school. Some policemen will come to give them more guides. At last， the students will have a test on theroad. Some policemen will grade the students. If they can pass the test， they can get a bike licence.
