中等职业学校学生的心理问题较为严重,故需要对他们加强心理健康的引导和干预。本研究使用我国著名心理学家王极盛教授编制的中学生心理健康量表,对50名中职学生进行健美操运动影响心理健康状况的试验,实验结果显示:健美操运动可有效缓解焦虑、情绪不稳定、学习压力感、抑郁等不良心理症状,对提高心理健康总体水平有显著效果。
Secondary vocational school students are more serious psychological problems, so they need to strengthen mental health guidance and intervention.
