目的普外科护士在医院上承受大量的工作压力,而心理健康与主观幸福感能帮助护士改善精神状态。本文旨在探讨普外科护士的工作压力、应对策略、主观幸福感的评分及相互关系。方法采用横断面调查方案,以本地区普外科护士为主要母群体,采用分层抽样法选出2家医院普外科护士人员为研究对象。结果普外科护士工作压力与对应策略呈低度正相关;工作压力与主观幸福感呈低度负相关;对应策略与主观幸福感呈中度正相关。普外科护士工作压力、对应策略与主观幸福感各年龄群及教育程度皆有统计学意义,大学教育程度普外科护士工作压力较大,对应策略最低,幸福感最低。不同护龄的对应策略与主观幸福感有统计学意义;其中对应策略以6~10年护龄护士高于11~20年护龄护士;主观幸福感得分在1~5年护龄及超过21年护龄的护士高于6~10护龄者。结论创造良好的组织气氛、合理的护理人力配置、加强自我的肯定,提供面对压力的对应策略等措施,可以有效提升普外科护士的主观幸福感。
Purpose The general surgery nurse is under a lot of work pressure in the hospital, and mental health and subjective well-being can help nurses to improve their mental status. This article aims to explore the general surgical nurses work pressure, coping strategies, subjective well-being score and their relationship. Methods The cross-sectional investigation was used to select the general nurses in the two hospitals as the research object by using the stratified sampling method. Results There was a low positive correlation between working pressure and subjective well-being in general surgical nurses and working stress and subjective well-being. Corresponding strategies showed a moderate positive correlation with subjective well-being. General surgical nurses working pressure, corresponding strategies and subjective well-being of all age groups and education levels are statistically significant, college general education nurses work pressure, corresponding to the lowest strategy, the lowest happiness. The corresponding strategies and subjective well-being of different nursing age were statistically significant; among them, the corresponding strategies were 6 to 10 years nursing nurses were higher than 11 to 20 years nursing nurses; Subjective well-being score was 1-5 years nursing age and over 21 Nursing care of nurses is higher than 6 to 10 caregivers. CONCLUSIONS: Creating a good organizational climate, rationally nursing manpower allocation, strengthening self-affirmation and providing countermeasures for coping with stress can effectively enhance the subjective well-being of general surgery nurses.
