包括纤维增强材料在内的各类复合材料制品中,种类繁多的空心微珠已经得到日益增长的重视和应用。出现这种情况的主要原因在于空心微珠这一新组分的加入往往增加材料的弹性模数,同时降低材料成本和减轻重量。本文提出空心微珠-纤维共增强复合材料弹性常数的计算模型和组分设计公式,为这类材料用于结构构件提供理论基础和设计方法。文章指出,对于同时提高刚度、降低成本和减轻重量而言,空心微珠填充纤维复合材料具有较强的吸引力;但是,只有在较低的纤维含量情况下,这三方面的效益才有明显的表现。
Among various types of composite materials including fiber reinforced materials, a wide variety of hollow microspheres have received increasing attention and applications. The main reason for this situation is that the addition of the new component of hollow microspheres tends to increase the elastic modulus of the material while reducing material costs and weight. This paper presents the calculation model and composition formulae for the elastic constants of the hollow bead-fiber reinforced composites, and provides a theoretical basis and design method for the use of these materials in structural components. The article points out that hollow bead-filled fiber composites are attractive for simultaneously improving stiffness, reducing costs, and reducing weight; but only in the case of lower fiber content, the benefits of these three aspects are significant.
