采用共混的方法制备了聚羟基脂肪酸酯/纳米羟基磷灰石(PHA/HA)复合材料,研究了HA用量对PHA/HA复合材料结晶性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:PHA/HA复合材料的T_m和ΔH_m随HA用量的增加先增加后减小,HA的加入对PHA/HA复合材料具有明显的异相成核作用。PHA/HA复合材料属于典型的韧性材料,其断裂强度随着HA用量的增加先增加后减小,在用量为15%时达到最大值;PHA/HA复合材料的断裂伸长率和断裂功随着HA用量的增加先减小后增加。PHA/HA复合材料的冲击强度(韧性)随着HA用量的增加先减小后增加。
Polyhydroxyalkanoate / nano-hydroxyapatite (PHA / HA) composites were prepared by blending, and the effects of HA content on the crystallization and mechanical properties of PHA / HA composites were studied. The results showed that the T_m and ΔH_m of PHA / HA composites firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of HA content, HA addition had obvious heterogeneous nucleation on PHA / HA composites. PHA / HA composites are typical ductile materials. The fracture strength of PHA / HA composites increases first and then decreases with the increase of HA content, reaching the maximum value at 15%. The elongation at break and fracture work of PHA / HA composites With the increase in the amount of HA first decreased after the increase. The impact strength (toughness) of PHA / HA composites decreases first and then increases with the increase of HA dosage.
